Yeah, but add another $300+ for a good set of swifts in the config you want them. So are the Ohlins with say 12k front and rear a better street/track application than the KWs?

Going from 8k to 12k in the rears will probably require a revalve as they were set up for 8k.

Honestly stock is 10/8 and if you want less role, turn up the clicks. 10/8 is double stock and 50% more than the cr.

As far as track and street, you won't find a better combo. The DFVs with ohlins quality and engineering is comparable to high end 2 ways on the track and very comfortable on the street

Your not going to feel the difference between swift eibach hyperco etc... anyone that tells you they feel the difference is smoking the "i paid twice as much so they must be better" theory

I agree.. The magic of the DFVs is the Damping, not the springs. You wont feel the difference in springs. OEM Ohlins uses Eibach anyways. I would simply get 700lb Eibach springs on the front, move the fronts to the rears as they are both 8" springs if you need the higher spring rate. That should cost you $120 to upgrade.

The DFVs are dialed in pretty well and you can increase stiffness dramatically past 10 clicks.

I can feel the difference! There is less cash in my wallet so I have more feedback through the seat.

Hi,

had anyone the opportunity to compare the KW and the Ohlins coilovers on the track?
I would like to know if you can really feel the difference on the track or even measure it in lap times.

I'm looking to get one or the other for the track as well. Not sure which way to go.

I ended up going DFV route...absolutely love them. They are now WAY cheaper than clubsports too. Win win.

Have you had any issues with the decreased travel of the rear?
