Gorgeous lap!

The engine sounds as though it wasn't even breaking a sweat with the extra displacement. Your S2000 appears well planted on the corner exits as well.

Has anyone in SoCal tried the Trofeo R on the s2k? They come in 255s on 17s and run super wide.

on a 17x9 compared to an re-71r below. Also, what are Trofeo R considered for S2k C? level 1 or 2 rcomp? The tread design looks a lot friendlier for street use than an RC1.

I bought the Trofeo's

I have the Teofeao's now. They hold as many G's as the RE71's for similar amounts of time.

I tend to think the sweeper at buttonwillow is a good corner for tire conparasion. Flat and long.

The Trofeaos hold 1.2 for several seconds no sweat. The RE71's will hold a bit more and more at the peak.

PM me if you want the AIM data Albert

Thanks Dustin. I'm probably going to end up with the nt01 unless there's good data for trofeos and they also are considered a lvl1 rcomp.

They also seemed to have a giant sidewall compared to other 255/40/17s.

Super wide and tall. These tires rub where no other tires would rub on my fronts.
