Default streets of willow 2/19 - private track day

Guys,

The Event is now full

Date: 2/19/2007

Locations: Streets of willow CW with Bowl and Blow-pass

Driver's Meeting: 8AM (MANDATORY)

Groups: Beginners, Slow Intermediate (laptime 1:36-1:42), Fast Intermediate (1:30-1:35), Advanced (Sub 1:30). Maximum 10 cars per group so expect very very light traffic.

Schedule: Slow intermediate to go out at 8:40AM and rotate through the groups. Each session is 20 minutes. There is a 30 minute lunch at around 12PM. Day will end at 5PM.

Food: Please bring your own drinks/food.

Timing: Bring your own please.

Passing rules: No open passing in corners. Specifics will be announced at Driver's meeting.

Price: $150 per car

Note:

*This is a rain or shine event and there will be no refunds due to weather.

*If sign-up rate is low, I will resort to a 3 group format with Maximum 12 cars/group.

*You must cancel at least 1 week in advance or I cannot refund your money.

*Please remember I'm not doing this to make money so plleeeease make my life as easy as possible and not make random cancellations and special requests. Let's just go out and have some fun.

Dude, this would be awesome if it was a weekend...but I'm sure getting your own private track on a weekend would be very difficult.

Yes I'm just trying to break even.

I'm just trying to bring out a tonne of ppl to have fun. If I keep doing this then eventually willow will give me a weekend date to do a private day with =)

maxrev has to been to my track event and he can vouch for how light the traffic is hehe
