Thanks,

the 275mm stands have the adjustable mounts built in. Not sure if 225 does. On all but "short" tracks, I run the neutral setting.

ive run the wing with and without a WASP splitter. The splitter helps, but it's not like the car is undriveable without it. Ran last season (shortened due to engine failure) without it. I haven't really had enough points available to get the splitter low enough. This year should be different.

FWIW, my driving preference is for slight understeer vs slight oversteer.

you can do the CR supports or frame mount the wing if you have issues bending the trunk. otherwise make some sort of brackets to spread the load

Battle Aero removes the rear bumper beam and uses it mounting plates. There are videos on YouTube of people making their own brackets for a similar chassis mount. It should be easier to draw the brackets out, test fit cardboard, and have them plasma, laser, or water jet cut. Probably will need a few small welds.

For the wing itself APR sells the wing without mounts (the swan neck GT-250 and both regular and swan Neck GT-1000s are only sold without mounts) or even get them from Simon McBeath who wrote two of the popular books on the topic and had a column in RaceCar Engineering (Simon McBeath - The Wing Shop).

I ordered the CR trunk stoppers (5 pcs) to go with my GTC-200 with risers. I won't know how it works until i install the wing/stoppers and this season starts though(which for me is end of april)---so likely won't help you

We must have done it a little different. I ordered and received 6 pieces (CR trunk parts) to support my trunk. 3 pieces for each side.

Mine never bent and I usually hit 122 on both straights at my track. And i think makes much more down force than urs. My trunk has never bent. But mine is track only. If u street drive on freeway I can see ur trunk getting bent. Besides u don't need a big wang on the streets anyways leave it off.

I got 2 for each side(one on trunk one on Lid) and then 1 for the base where it meets the bumper.
Stopper Trunk Left Side
Stopper Trunk Right Side
Protector Trunk Side
Protector Trunk Side
Stopper Trunk Lid Lower

We will see what happens! My car is also track only. I hit 130mph max at the tracks I go to. Should be interesting. I will also upload video updates.

There are supposed to be 2 of those lower ones FYI. One on each side. And your trunk will definitely bend at 130 but hopefully not too much!

Instead of making the trunk stronger, I ended up just chassis mounting it.

I need to figure out a way to reinforce the trunk edges on my s. I have a gt250 wing with 14'' risers with larger end plates after some high speed straights the front mounts are cracking the underside of the deck lid. I am pondering filling the edges with panel bond to spread the load. as of now if I take the car up to 130+ I have to bend the deck lid flat afterwards. I don't want the funky battle areo bike rack also don't want to give up my trunk or the ability to drive in the rain. If anyone has ideas I would love to hear it.
