Says it relates to 2006 to 2007. I wonder if 2008 and 2009 were affected as well.

if my was repaired already and it happen again do you think they will cover it again?

I imagine if Honda operates similarly to Kia, then yeah they should inspect it again and, if it's the same problem, should cover it

Nissan did not when the passenger air bag weight sensor failed a second time after a recall repair. This was for a 2008 Nissan Rouge, I was told Nissan already absolved their liability by performing the recall once. This was Nissan Canada btw. Maybe Nissan USA is more lenient. I dumped that POS car in favor for a Toyota.
