Put a new clutch and the FIdanza Flywheel and the car came alive.
I would highly recoment to put this flywheel to everywhone when changing the clutch especialy for 285$ from Ultrarev.com
Yes the revs drop faster but they climb faster also and the car picks up faster in any gear and its great for normal driveing.
No problem from me just Pros.
Will race the ITR thease days and see how we compare

depending what kind of mods the type R has...it should be a very close run...i used to own one, if you buy just a couple of quality parts those cars are so light and they'll put down about 185-200 whp

Well.
I will race it tommorow.
And let everybody know.
Just to add and ask for links or expiriences that people have,
I plan to put the hondata gasket on my car and when the intake is off my mechanic will poslish it.
Did somebody do this and if they did -did they see any difference and if not i think this way there wont be possible to catch so much grime in the intake,Becasue it will be smoother.
Also my Friend bought another integra with an engine failure and he bought a new block and He and the mechanic polished the intake and the head and will see how this another integra will do.
I will try his Red one tommorow and he will get the white one running
next week and see how both integras do.Type R normaly.
So post tommorow.

Raced my Gutted GSR bolt-on and pro tune, races my buddies s2k, left my 2k at home wouldn't be a fair race lol. Any who. We did 20roll and a dig roll dig he took me but cuaght to his front bumper and creeped a little then let off and 20 roll I ate him alive by half a car did it twice cause he wasn't ready and only creeped away from him for a coupe secs then he let off. Runs were fun but im not sure if he maintains his car cause when my s2k was stock I'd always eat him alive and he has E/H/I , not sure but just be careful I hate when I get smoked by a damn integra. Lmao.

I aint even mad that this thread is over 10 years old now.
It's like a good tv show that got cut before the ending. I'm gonna say he beat the ITR, cause if he didn't he would have back on here asking for advice with "GUIZE MY CARZ STILL SLOW"
Yay Mr. Macedonia, even though I think his valve adjustment is questionable. If the clearances are in inches, they were actually a little loose, being around .015" and he just made them even looser by adjusting them to .025" That would have made the car feel even less peppy. Maybe he just goofed on the numbers.
