No need to hang your head man....you were running against 18lbs of boost. If you take a NA s2k and hang with 18lbs of boost something is seriously wrong (with the boosted car). Now if you would have known he was running that much boost and still raced him.....they have a name for that....i think its kamikaze

It's cool man, I ran an SRT10 Viper truck the other day and I am not yet used to the T56 with a Hurst shifter on it and I threw it into 5th and was so pumped up it took until he shot by me to figure out I wasn't in 3rd, he let off by the time I got her in 4th and floored again Talk about a ricer excuse, lol. I told him and got a wierd look and a "yeah..." lol.

Yes, BOOST will make up for transgressions like these.

Yeah I feel you...A friend of a friend has a '96 with a turbo upgrade (Don't know what kind) and runs in the low low 13's..He always say's how he's just a set of good tires away from 12's...The only problem with the car is that it's down every other week. His car breaks twice a month, it sucks for him so bad! But when it's running, its running!

Here's a little video I had from back in the day...Some of it's not so great, and some of the camera works sucks, but this is the older Gen eclipse on a stock turbo...imagine a bigger one...

DSM's suck.

"i can run low 11's................................when it runs." they kinda remind me of rotary guys. i'd kick your ass if my car was running!
