Hey! I got a BMW E46 330i, but I am not arrogant like Mr. I wish my M3 had the stage X HPF kit.

Exactly. Lets be more realistic. A stage 4 HPF turbo with weight reduction would put bus lengths on a 375hp S2000 my friend. We are talking 900-1100hp and over 900tq at 3200 pounds. Plus can you daily drive that S2000? Is it reliable to drive cross country 10-20 times? I have seen and been there since 2000 with the S2000 and I know what the S2000 can and cannot do. Stage 1 is 600hp. Do some research and you will quickly understand not to underestimate the E46 M3

I am not going to debate what I know being a former S2000 owner and M3 owner.

These are not drag cars as someone said but the M3 is no slowpoke being boosted like most of you kids think.

You truely need to head down to HPF and ask Chris if he can give you a ride in a stage 2 car. You will have a whole new appreciation for the M3 and now the new 1M coupe also has a upgraded turbo in the works. That car is going to be a beast.
Hahaha, you are such comedy dude. "A Stage 4 HPF turbo with weight reduction would put bus lengths on a 375 hp S2000 my friend."

Let me tell you why your statement is so ridiculous by adding numeric values to your variables:

An E46 M3 ($20-35k car at this point) with a 44 THOUSAND DOLLAR TURBO SETUP pushing at least 807 bhp will put bus lengths on an S2000 ($10-25k car) with 375 hp ($5k supercharger/turbo setup).

Wow. BMW snobs really miss the big picture don't they. Also, you can't even get your own grossly inflated numbers correct. Stage 1 HPF is 518 hp... at the crank. And costs 14k. So for $15k you can get a turbo setup for an S2000 that'll spank a Stage 2.5 HPF ($25k turbo setup) and possibly the Stage 3 ($32k turbo setup). For $20k you could swap a 2JZ or LS7 into an S2000, get bolt-ons/supporting mods and absolutely rape an HPF M3. And for $15k you could also build a piece crap Civic that'll leave both the S2000 and E46 M3 HPF Snob edition crying on the side of the road.

So what's your point? Don't forget that even after buying an E46 M3 + Stage 4 HPF kit you still have to buy all the supporting mods (subframe reinforcement, suspension, new rims, new tires, new clutch, etc etc)...

So for $90-100k you can have an E46 M3 that can't handle worth shit and can go fast in a straightline until you crash it and kill yourself... For that kind of money, I think I'd just take a ZR1 or 911 Turbo.

Yeah, ok buddy.
Dude...after some research, a 1000rwhp+ HPF M3 (with as much weight reduction as you want lol) would be nowhere close to S2king's 7 seconds lol.

Kind of embarrassing with that kind of power/money, don't you think? I would personally leave an M3 stock if i were in the LEASING market.

That's pretty good.

But back to the topic, and for the record, I was dead even with an E46 M3 til 5th on the flyway (he stopped when he realized that I was too close for comfort) when tuned @ 245 rwhp, 8.5k redline....nothing special lol.

The day before...same result with a Z4M (same motor).

^^ But the BMW E46 M3 is for a higher class citizen. Us Honda S2000 owners are all merely children, so the better performing car is only secondary. Maybe one day after I pay off my house I can afford to drive a BMW too

Maybe all of the Stage 4 HPF E46 M3's are too busy racing Bugatti Veyrons to even see a mere S2000 as a challenge.

^^^No... A BMW guy would never stoop to that level. That would be like some 16 year old ricer kid in his $1500 turbo civic with the tires and fenders falling off who keeps trying to race some dude in a ZR1. The ZR1 dude is like "Get outa here kid your botherin me!" Frakin boner
