Wow, It's great to have somone with a new Cobra on the site as an ally.
Haha Terminator, what did you do a search to try to find threads about S2K's racing Cobras?

I thought that would get your guys attention. I would just like to say hello and introduce myself. I do own a 2001 Cobra but I'm here at this fine site because I love all fast cars. A doctor friend of mine owns an S2000 and got me interested. We've raced each other a couple of times and I have yet to lose, but it is close every time. The power you guys get out of 4 cylinders just amazes me. I wish I could pull as much power per cubic inch as you guys are getting. Anyway your probably wondering why I would buy a Cobra instead of a S2000? The answer is simple. I've always wanted one. That and I have never liked convertibles. I can't say why but for some reason they never appealed to me. Anyways just wanted to say hello and hope to talk to you all soon.

I see a little mis-information here...
THe 2001 Cobra was a 4 valve per cylinder 4.6L N/A V8. I have NEVER! heard of one running 13.3 stock. If you are running 13.8, then you have tapped 95% of its potential without DR's. The cars normally dynoed 250-270 at the tires. 13.8 at 99-102 is about where you should be, depending on elevation, ect.
Get some 4.10's or 4.30's and a tire and that car will WAKE UP!
