Hey everybody im new to this forum but im not here to start any shit with anyone. I'm just a car guy who likes all different kinds of cars. I do own a Ls1 pontiac Trans Am with a few mods. Im here just because i like s2k's i dont own or have never owned one. I can answer a lot of you question when we are talking about american muscle cars like Ls1s and Lt1s.

Welcome to the club and hope that we can make you bandwagon over to our little sexy 4 cylinders car....j/k . The s2ki will welcome everyone with an open arm as long as they have the respect and the loves of all cars and of course not be an asshole. But sometime it can be out of hand when some asshole came on board and started bashing and trashing about our S I just love it when that happens....it like a whole pack of lions zero in on a little poor zebra
From the look of it you seen to be a great guy and know what you're talking about. There's nothing wrong of owning a Trans Am(Ls1). It's a great car and if putting the same amount of $$$ into the Ls1 as we putting into our S for that extra 10-15whp....the Ls1 can be seriously fast....into 12sec all day long baby! But do i think that the Trans-Am is sexy-er than the S2000? Hell no and that's the fact(well, of course because i owned ones). But that don't mean i don't have the love for the Trans-Am or any American muscle cars.
Matter of fact before the Import scene came to life 10 or 15 years ago i switch back and forth with American muscle cars and import cars. When i got my DL in 1985 my first car was a 82 5.0stang....then 83 Supra....then Celica all-trac(gotta love those Toyota!)... then to 300zx but wasn't fast enough and so i went back with American muscle car...went and bought me a fresh new 92 Z28 off the show-room so that i can compete with the 5.0.
Remember that back in the day the only two cars that people were talking about were the Camaro and the Mustang. You don't hear much about all of the imports eventhough the import began to make a name for itself on the streets and on the drag-strips. Well, i don't need to tell you why i switch back to the import now.....fast, sexxxy and fun....i finally found me a perfect car!
Oh, don't give me wrong, my two favor American muscle cars were the 67 Stang and 68 Camaro and still are. But the S2000 got to be on top of my all time list as my favor car.
