You suck at driving! Besides, an S typically runs 13.9-14 too. Stop the bullshit! Many owners on here have owned 300ZX TT and they can tell you from personal experience. Just because you suck at driving doesn't prove anything. Why would you even try to argue with a guy who had a 500-hp 300ZX? If he tells you so, then you shut up and listen, and stop smoking them bad weeds. Oh, many on here have also beaten 300ZX turbo too.

Yeh that time 13.9-14 is also from s2k drivers also so not sure what you are trying to say? If you're getting beat by 3-5 car lengths then you def need practice. I'm sure a s2k would have no prob handing you some whoppin even though its not a drag car! Not sure what the g-35 runs but I think its 14.5-14.8 (excuse me if I'm wrong),
The 300zxTT has a critical weakness also. It is not a drag car but a touring car. You try to launch that sucker and all you get is... hop hop hop hop lots of wheel hop. You can kind of fix this problem but it will still be there for the most part. This wheel hop screws alot of time for 300zx driver getting them in mid 14s or high or such. When you learn how to launch/ drive one and get the proper launch you're still going to get that low 14 high 13 time which is the same as the S2k!!!! The other main disadvantage is the wear and tear on the 300zxTT since it is now 15 years old or so. It was fun owning my pretty modded Z but the money I kept throwing into her for maintanence just wasn't worth it anymore.

I should give you this site which has all the times for an s2k posted by many different reviews (MT, car and driver etc etc) the one i was looking at was for the model 00 year and showed a 13 second I belive and all low 14s. I'll go look it up and try to find it again We have several members hit up 13.8 and I think one 13.6. Its all on your skill.

I thought G35's were mid 14 second cars? I've never heard of an S losing to one. Of course, I think I'm the only one who brags about my losses. Either way, I'll find out soon enough, cause my friend just ordered one. We'll see.

all i am saying i am yet to see personally S to break into 13s. no disrespect to S (after all I am buying one in 1/2 year or so), but this forum seem to contain more BS than any other i've been to (though i've seen claims of G35/350Z kicking Z06 ass on nissan forums...., yeah, right). anybody want to race my G is more than welcome. after all i am supposed to loose, right? you better know how to drive to beat my G ( my best time was 14.132). anybody?
