Yeah... the dude above corrected me. E90 is the new M3 bodystyle slotted for late 05 - 06...

E60 is the new M5 bodystyle... Sideways raced the E39 modded. Dinan M5 is fast.
HEY! I corrected you first before anyone else.

But Sideway's story still sounds very odd, as he said HID lights, then 3.9L with only 365hp. Stock E39 has 5.0L (okay, 4.9L ) with almost 400hp, and with those Dinan mods, it should be well above that 400hp mark.

I like the sweet, low rumble of that V8. That Asian bro doesn't seem to know how to drive.

No way... that's how it went down.

We'll see my E46 M3 will be all Dinan Stage III / Exhaust / etc... I'll dust a stock E46 M3 the same way... 30 rwhp is big difference if you're comparing cars with identical performance stock vs modded.

I suppose!

But that stock M5 didn't seem like it was trying. What a huge difference!

It would've looked faster from the outside... you can be going 100 mph in an M and it feels like 70. That's just how it is...

I heard that dinan wasn't all that it's cracked up to be. I'm also pretty aware that the best way to get some ample power from the M's are through chargers. Well, my bro is picking up his silver/grey 04 tomorrow at PDC or something or other. I just know that I'm tagging along for the trip but all I really need to know is that I will be ragging an M, willingly and wrecklessly, on a track! Ahhh...giving me the chills just thinking about it. sorry, got off topic a bit there....but yeah, dinan no good-blower good, yada yada yda.....
