I have had my sc s2000 at 165 mph and just going over the expansion joins on a bridge felt like the car jumped off the ground I wouldn't go much over 140 even with some areo its just not worth the chance I had a moded cbr1100xx and I toped it out with a speedo that read 205 mph I figure it was 195 ish and that is scary. would love to top out a gt40 congrats

I'll suffer with my modified RS6, and just live with the rest of the world laughing at me. Not many 4 door sedans doing 190 these days.
oh. For completeness sake. Here's a ZX10 vs. an RS6 on the autobahn

If only more people would be as gracious in their response post-race as the Audi driver was!
I've hit 170 mph with my 3.90 geared S2000 and it was not a nice experience. The car's front end felt extremely light, and the back end wasn't much better. There is something to be said about OEM design and aero testing that makes cars that cost more money than our S2000 warrant the increase in price. That being said, 400 whp in our cars can do a number on a lot of cars at highway speeds!
