stock 06 vs e63 amg
so i am heading to my friends house and come up to a stop light with an immediate left turn. This e63 amg pulls up next to me in the left lane, with an old man driving and his wife sitting shotgun. The car looks new and of course i am checking it out. the light turns green so i casually shift into first, however, right after we are finished making the left we both gun it. through second he is slowly pulling away, and i am at his bumper, through middle of third i am about 3/4 a car back, and right as i am about to shift to 4rth he switches into my lane, now about 2 cars ahead of me, and makes a right to get onto the freeway.
i get to my buddies house and immediately go to look up the e63s stats.
$83 gs will get u 507hp and a 12.5 second tanker.

hmmm.... maybe he was not giving 100% i would think that an E63 would WRECK you but much more than 2 cars. but then again, you only raced to top of third

I honestly think the old guy wasn't at 100% . . . I think he just wanted in your lane and didn't feel like backing down. The 2 car pull in 1/2 of a gear kinda makes me think he wasn't on it the whole time really.

All out and stock to stock, up to 60 MPH the E63 would have well over a full second lead (even with the best conceivable S2K launch), which, with the areodynamics [M-B 0.29 cd], should open up even more thereafter.
