i made mine out of wood, it wasnt as cheap as the pvc pipes though

2x4 wood 20ft - 15$
joints - 5$
Screws - 5$
Wheels - 20$
rubber padding - 10$
Rope - 5$

i'll take a pic of it when i have time

Paint after, otherwise you would have to wait for paint to dry before you can assemble, plus less chance of marring the paint job if fully assembled.

you can see from my pics that I assembled it first
then painted and applied the graphics later!

I also re-inforced the main connection with thick black ties
to further secure the structure from collapsing with the hardtop!





and I added sponge on the bottom / covered in black tape!
