In the depths of s2k storage withdrawal syndrome?

Sometimes I chuckle when I think of how I can drive top down in California for 365 days out of the year, and seldom get a drop of water inside the cabin, barely cranking the heater.
And then I look at real estate prices and think... Yea, the rest of the country wins. I'll happily garage the S for winter for $500k-1m off a big house and some land
Grass is always greener folks!
... Where's that damn therapist already?

FYI, this is also a solution to winter storage. It's unneeded outside of Northern Arizona.

Well, there's also the horrible politics, the outrageous taxes, the crumbling infrastructure...
About the ONLY thing that CA wins on is the climate. It is nice, however, to be able to run extreme performance summer tires year round-even if you need to be a little more cautious in the cold/wet.

CA, the utopia.

But most importantly, the lack of jobs anywhere I find it devastatingly beautiful, like Sedona, also does not help my case

I've contemplated selling the car here and there for the NSX, but the lady refuses to let me. She in facts "hates" the NSX and swears would never forgive me if I ever sold the S. I think she loves the car more than I do (lol).
Treatment for sure, RPG51, the weather isn't the most optimal in terms of sunshine but the temps alone made me throw insurance back on it. I was under the car last night in 30-something degree temps trying to install the last of the diffusers.. can't wait for the full detail/paint correction coming up in May, woo!

With temps as they were in Chicago I couldn't resist and pulled the S out of storage and got a little therapy with my son. Installed this custom armrest as well. The one which came with my car was a mess.

I've regulated myself to watching s2000 YouTube videos and sitting in the drivers seat with my 3 year old daughter. Everyday I walking through my garage, pull up the car cover, and caress the fender. Every day.
