Thanks for all the kind words everyone. I did it for the positive feedback from you guys and of course for the karma.
I forgot to mention this! I manually filtered out all of the CRs because I knew this would cause a source of variability (just like I did for salvage titles). This is one thing worth revisiting.
I mentioned it in the post but I know it was pretty long... I am a mechanical engineer in the semiconductor industry. As a broad description, I design machine equipment for chip & memory fabricators.
I actually recorded this but left it out and forgot to mention it. Only 10 out of the 215 cars came with a hardtop included in the price. Statistically it is significant, with an average 5% additional asking price.

Very nice analysis. Here's another "bookend" data point for the AP1: an essentially perfect MY00 with 2600 miles, asking $30K. Per the listing, the "CarStory" market assessment is $31.6K, which is in line with your analysis and supports the conclusion that this is a pretty sweet deal. In other words - somebody jump on this!
