I actually recorded this but left it out and forgot to mention it. Only 10 out of the 215 cars came with a hardtop included in the price. Statistically it is significant, with an average 5% additional asking price.

That's awesome, but not using comas on the mileage makes my eyes hurt.

Very nice analysis. Here's another "bookend" data point for the AP1: an essentially perfect MY00 with 2600 miles, asking $30K. Per the listing, the "CarStory" market assessment is $31.6K, which is in line with your analysis and supports the conclusion that this is a pretty sweet deal. In other words - somebody jump on this!
