That is the "set" of headlights I received from "Streetune" on ebay (link posted earlier). Bottom one is correct. Top has smoked lens and chrome internals (notice where the bottom is black inside, the top one is chrome). In addition, both are the SAME SIDE.

Ridiculous. If I do this I'm just going to bite the bullet and go OEM unless I can find some good used ap2 oem headlights.

Yeah it sucks. Seller seems fine with me returning for a refund, but now no more are available. I was told possibly 2-3 months they will get more.

It's as simple as baking it in the oven a bit and slowly pulling the lense apart from the tabs.

I got mine in on Friday, they are perfect. Identical to oem in every way. Down to the indents and lines on the lens how the oem headlights are. I am going to try and install them this week and post some pics of everything

Visually they look very comparable, but how does the headlight beam compare with the projector? OE/ Aftermarket. If fitment is top notch as well as look, lighting is way up on the list as well.

Ok wel I got around to installing these today. As we knew, they look identical to oems in every single way possible. Fitment is pretty good, I belive I would have to mess with mine to get them 100%.

The main concern as we all thought is in fact the projectors. I was baffled at how poor they performed. Hard to grab pics of them using an iPhone but here are some snaps so you get an idea:

OEM: used my own form of measuring so don't think this is exactly from 25ft.

And now here is eBay:

i even attempted to mess with the adjusting knobs to make them wider, and they are maxed out in the last 2 pics!

So needless to say l'll be swapping over the lenses to my oems as soon as possible because it literally feels like my car has to flashlights on the hood instead of headlights lol and not even LED flashlights so that should say it all.

Hope this helps others as it sucks for me now that I have to dissemble all over again!
