Default Hose/Plug Identification

So I'm finishing up a swap and I have 2 left over cut hoses that I'm not sure where they go. Assuming they definitely don't go together but I could be wrong. Both are located on the right side of the engine (facing the car) one is towards the back and one towards the front near the alternator Tried to get the best pictures possible. The circled red areas are where the hose originates and where it comes to.

The horizontal fitting that you pictured, at the front of the engine, next the the thermostat housing and paralell to the radiator hose, is the return from the heater core. It goes to the heater bypass hard line and connects to the top fitting on the firewall heater core fitting.

The bent fitting circled in red at the back of the engine, at the block outlet, under the intake manifold, connects the other heater hose, the upper heater tube behind the engine, and the loop with the heater valve.

If you aren't running a heater, you can hook them together.

That's exactly what i was leaning towards as those lines are the only thing not currently on the car. Not running a heater so i can block those off or do i need to connect them together? Also any idea on the plug that's near the thermostat housing? I can't seem to find anything that it would go to.

Loop them, don't cap them, the caps will blow off.

The mystery plug is the A/C compressor clutch connector.

Great that makes sense considering the compressor was deleted. Appreciate all of the help.
