Default Defroster install

I have a RHD AP1 (MY2000) with a Honda glass rear window roof and a OEM hardtop.

I am looking to install the defroster wiring. I have the Y wire that connects to the hardtop wire and one of the connectors appears to fit a socket in the loom behind my passenger (R) seat. Do I assume the third arm goes to the glass rear window on the soft top? Or is another extension loom required?

Also, I have removed the switch panel from the centre console and installed the USDM coin slot.

I assume there is a socket underneath there for the defroster switch. I have the dash cluster defrost switch but as it's a MY2000 expect the loom doesn't allow for it.

Anyone know what parts I require and what modifications I have to do to get this all working?

Here's how it goes on the USDM cars:
http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com/...+%28HARDTOP%29

Wiring up the hardtop should be more or less the same as on the USDM 00-01s, so you need a second loom (#4) to connect the one behind the seat (#3) to the defroster switch (which goes in place of the coin slot) and a plug under the console. The plug you're holding should connect to the pigtail from the side catcher (assuming you're using the OEM hardware). The dash switch in your pic is for 02+ cars and operates differently.

Now, if you want both the hardtop and softtop defrosters to work, you'd have to find the Hardtopguy harness for that, or hack something together. Easiest thing would be to buy a #2 and hardwire that into the leads for the softtop defroster, then remember to plug it in when you take the hardtop off and vice versa.

Cheers for that. Unfortunately http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com/ can't be loaded from Australia (I've come across this issue before). Can I get somebody to screenshot it and post it here?

Scratch that request. Appears it's a browser or OS incompatibility (strange in this day and age).

Do I assume the loom running along the sill (Driver's side in LHD) which is not numbered is already in the car?

Yeah, that's part of the body harness.

Cheers. I just had a look. Must be under the bracing plate. Wish I had looked for it before I put it back in.
