Default Need some Help...Messed up bad on transmission Install

Hey guys...so im feeling a little desperate here. I started to reassemble my car after replacing my clutch on my 02 ap1. After a long time of fiddling with the transmission to get it to slide on the shaft, i started to put the 9 bolts holding the two together back in. In my tiredness, I managed to switch a longer bolt (1 of 3 that thread from the engine side, into the transmission) with a shorter bolt ( 1 of 3 that thread form the trans side, into the engine). I know this is an extremely stupid, and potentially highly costly f@#k up. I could see where the bolt had punched through the back of the block, as there were little scraps of aluminum chipped up around the bolt. Now my question is this, I really need to get this car driving again, as its my DD. I would really like to not have to pull the engine, mostly because I dont have what i need to do it, and I cannot afford someone right now to do it. I really dont know what to do at the moment. I thought about using a blob of JB weld, and some thread lock and hope for the best. (I know how dumb that sounds Any advice here would be great. Thanks guys.

I threaded it in the hole right above the dowel pin on the drivers side from the trans into the engine.

If you're concerned about the threads being stripped, you might what to consider a Heli Coil repair or equivalent assuming that there's sufficient work space.

So you threaded the bolt in so far it punched through the block? Just trying to understand what's going on.

I believe they are pretty much already punched through just not threaded from factory. I don't think you would of made it this far if you were tightening bolts and punching through aluminum.

Is there something broke off?

Yeah I can't tell from looking at pictures online if that hole goes through into the block or if it is a bellhousing for the flywheel/clutch and punched through external. If it is external then I think you should be ok. If it punched into the actual engine, you are done for.

Thanks for the replys, I believe the hole in question, is right above the BOTTOM screw hole for the starter, on the drivers side. I punched through with a long bolt, with the bolt head facing the rear of the car. have a better picture.
