P0411/P1399 / check engine blinking

I wonder if some of those codes set from tinkering under the hood while the key is on. They could very well be causing some of your issues.
I would clear them, now that you have recorded them.
After clearing, turn the key on (don't start it), wait 30 seconds, then scan it again. Troubleshoot any code that comes up first.
If no codes come up, start the engine, run it for one minute, recheck for codes.
I would go under the car, and carefully inspect the wiring by the transmission (VSS and o2 connectors are in the same spot here) Something could have snagged, or chewed through the wiring.
P1399 is multiple misfire.

All but the fuel pressure system (or maybe that one too) has G101 as ground.
That is the ground at the back of the head, between head & firewall.
Its easy to check if it is intact & connected.
I hope you inform us all what really happened, IF something happened.
A broken wire somewhere would be unsatisfying..

so i had him do all the checks that you guys told me and the only two codes that came up is
P1399
P0411
and check engine light is still blinking
