Default Propellor shaft knocking/clicking noise

Hi,
I have honda s2000 ap2 f20c and I have noticed a clicking noise from my propellor /drive shaft at the bearing point,
My question is, Is there any way of replacing the bearing joint or is there a way of regenerate the original shaft? so that I do not need to replace and get a new shaft?
Thank You.

What end is the sound coming from? What are the miles on it? You can not buy any parts for it so if there is damage you will need to replace the shaft.

How do you know its the shaft, and not the trans output bearing or something else?

He is getting a clicking sound and not a bearing noise as a transmission may make if that was the issue.

To the Op, you can try taking the end of the shaft off and cleaning out the old grease and then, repack with fresh synthetic bearing grease.

They're replaceable but you have to find another prop shaft to take the bearings from, at which point you might as well replace the shaft with a better one. Unless you find a busted one with good bearings for dirt cheap. A used prop shaft goes for around $200 IIRC.
