Default Rear suspension toe off?

Took my car to get alignment, but guy told me everything was good except the passenger rear toe. He said he did everything he could, he couldn't pull it out anymore because the car would start pulling to that side. He told me he thinks the problem was in the shim. But to my understanding that shouldn't affect anything. My car is an 02 with tein lowering springs. Can anyone shine some light on what that shim or washer type piece is or what the purpose of it is.

Need a better pic. Looks like ur adjuster seat is ground down. Also subframe shift can cause this.

Sorry for bad pics, I'll take better ones tommorrow. Would it be best to change adjuster seat, or maybe lower control arm. Car doesn't show any signs of being hit any damage underneath. Which makes me think why he couldn't fix it by just adjusting it.

Need a better pic to find answer. Changing arm will not do anything unless it's bent or bad bushings. Also subframe shift is common on all s2ks. Sub shift Happens to all the s2ks.

I'm assuming the adjusting seat you guys are talking about is the one behind the gold looking washer. Haven't really checked but seems like it's welded on the sub frame? I know the pic is a little horrible, but do you guys think by looking at the numbers if the toe that I have is off enough to make a huge difference.

you need to have a piece of metal welded here for the eccentric bolt cam plate to push against. looks like whoever did the previous adjustment broke it off.

It's not the washer peice. It's the one behind it. The black cup. It holds the washer peice. Seems to be missing

I see, might be better to just replace rear subframe instead of trying to weld a piece of metal.
