I cut a small slit in the lower ball joint rubber boot, used a syringe to pump in grease, wrapped with tape, and went on a drive. Drove for about a week. Squeaks are 100% gone!

I did not see any damage on the rubber boot, and there was MINIMAL (like within the margin of error) vertical play when I stuck a crowbar under the wheel in question.

I've ordered two front, lower ball joints so I can replace both sides. Can someone confirm if they come from Honda as pre-greased? I don't have the special clip tool and not sure if I should peek under the rubber boot of the new ball joints.

Update: installed the ball joints. 1 Honda dealer said they were not pre-greased, 3 said they were pre-greased.

Thanks!
