Default Transmission / Clutch case bolts P/N

Ok, I promise this will be the last of my inquiries for this week from this clutch job. My first time tackling a DIY this scale, so a lot of questions and really thankful to everyone who has pitched in.

The primary reference in the DIY was Clutch Install DIY.

The transmission had two 14mm hexhead bolts and four 17mm hexhead bolts. It was missing 2 of them, and I could see the holes where this is supposed to go. It's these.

I tried searching majestic but I can't find the P/N's for these pieces for the life of me... Anyone have any idea what these P/N's are?

For the time being, I spread out the bolts as evenly as possible, but eventually I'd want to put the missing 2 bolts in there.

Thanks!!

Be careful with those bolts as they are not all the same length.

yeah.. I noticed that too.. some of the smaller bolts don't grab any threads because they're shorter.
If they are different in design, I feel that they need to have their own part numbers. I seriously couldn't find the page in majestic or any other honda part online catalog for that matter..

The guys at Majestic was able to help me out with this part. It was under AUTO TENSIONER BRACKET section. I don't know how I missed that. I've looked there a 100 times for other parts just last week.. haha
I'll post this here so anyone with a messed up bolt or missing bolt in the future can reference this in his/her search..

As cdelena mentioned above, not all the bolts are the same size. The lower 2 bolts with 14mm hex-head is item #11 here. The 3 17mm hex-head bolt that screw on from the transmission toward the engine block is #14. There are another 3 of the 17mm hex-head that bolt on from the engine size toward the transmission. This is item #15. This makes the 2 14mm and 6 17mm as mentioned in blueap2's DIY.

Both #14 and #15 have the same thread size (M12), but the lengths are different. #14 is 65mm, while #15 is 80mm.
In fact, when putting the transmission back together, #14 is too short to be installed where #15 is supposed to go.

With regard to transmission bolts with 17mm heads:

Longer ones #15 go through engine and thread into transmission (bolt head points towards front of car)

Shorter ones #14 go through trans and thread into engine (bolt head points towards rear of car)

If you put a short bolt in the wrong spot, you will strip the hole in the trans.

If you put a long bolt in the wrong spot, you will crack the engine block open.

Be careful.

Sorry to thread revive, Billman250...I did exactly this and threaded a long bolt in the wrong hole and punched out the back of the block. Its a pretty significant f@#k up, and ill see if I can grab a picture. Obviously this is not optimal, but can it still be driven? can i be okay with threading the proper bolt back in or will the torque speq be off too much with out something for the bolt to back up into? Im pretty pissed i managed to do this, any advice at this point will be helpful. Thnaks
