I know that I went to a lot of concerts at the Fillmore East but, for some reason , I can't seem to remember who I saw.

I had also been in the Bottom Line and the Paladium.

Two recent concerts I would recommend:

Michael Buble (Way more fun than you might think...Think "rat pack" for the 21st century.) He is touring now, but the tour goes to Australia after a May 10 date at the Honda Center in Anaheim.

Blue Man Group Funny, fun. Some great music. Killer backup band. Saw their How To Be A Megastar 2.0 touring show twice. It was a little better the first time with Tracy Bonham doing vocals, but it is still great with tne new girl, but I missed Tracy on violin for "Barbara Oreilly". (WHO fans will remember this frenetic fiddling.)

Anyway, I don't know anyone who has ever gone to a Blue Man Group touring show (How to be...) or their stage show (vegas, Orlando, etc.) who didn't have a great time.

I think Who fans will be much more likely to remember Baba O'Riley, Barbara's distant cousin.

That's what I get for using google to spell check. I THOUGHT it was baba. I wonder who Barbara O'Riley is or was.

Well...won't get fooled again.

I'm still not back to what passes for normal for me, but I am better.

I've seen Collective Soul there. It's a good venue. Try to get the dinner/press pit package. It's worth sitting there vs. standing on the floor. There is some seating upstairs but I've never been up there.

Just bought tickets for AC/DC Nov 15 here in DC. I couldn't get on right away when they went on sale, so it was sold out an hour and a half later. I decided I really wanted to go, so paid more than twice the ticket value for seats. You only live once...

Saw George Thorogood in Aug and Jackson Browne in Sept. Very different acts. But both were great. George was definitely b-b-b-b-bad.
