Way to go Lainey. We seldom go out for NYE. When we have we don't get home till 3:30 or 4. So it usually just a quiet night at home.

Dave, we went out early to catch First Night activities in our downtown area. We quickly decided walking around the the cold wasn't for us and headed to our favorite ale house. They have an early band and a later band. If you want to see a few older folks dressed in sparkly shirts dancing at 6:00 PM it was the place to be. We were able to grab a seat at the bar and have a casual dinner. They had some of those hats and glasses sitting on the bar so we "borrowed " them for photos.

Was your photo from this year. You both look great, but what's up with your eye? Hope it minor.

PS we were home by 7:30.

That picture was from 2013. I'm now fatter and balder but the eye cleared up.
