Yes, 60 days to exchange (they have 5 sizes) or to return. You return at your expense; appears to run about $15. Some of the complaints summed up in my words were "I paid $10 to have it shipped to me and then I paid $15 to ship it back, so I'm out $25 with no pillow!"

I have plain old Serta Queen sized pillows. Works fine (for me & better half, at least).

Interesting. I never did get around to ordering them. Instead I bought two really cheap Joe Boxer pillows from K-Mart.

When we got our tom brady mattress we got me a Tempurpedic Tempur-Cloud Breeze dual cooling king pillow.

My head just slowly sinks in. sort of an ahhhhhhhhhh type of thing but still actually has a fair amount of support.

Don't order a pillow from My Pillow. They are under investigation for deceptive advertising amid a lot of complaints. Buy one get one free scam and the pillows are not as advertised.
