Good for you. Years ago we put our house up for sale, with the sale being contingent on us finding a house. We had a buyer. We looked and looked everything needed so much work to even equal our little starter home. There was only one strong possibility in the houses we looked at and we could not come to an agreement on price. We backed out on the sale. I felt bad for the very patient buyers. Thankfully they were renting and didn't have an issue with having to leave their home.

It did work our for us in the long run. Had we bought the other house, we'd still have a mortgage and likely be looking to downsize. We also would not have had a Honda and that other car in the driveway. We would have had a garage though.

Offers coming in already with three viewings still scheduled. This is never racking!

Hopefully we get a bidding war going.

Hard on the nerves too. Sounds like you're off to a great start.

Papers signed to night. The house is sold contingent on inspections. Buyers came in out of the blue with a full price offer. We move on May 5 and close on May 12.

Glad that is almost over.

Always makes you think you under-priced.... but really, it's all because you got up soooooo early and cleaned this AM. Congrats on a quick sale.

That propane tank is a wonderful addition to your landscaping! I'll bet Patty already has plans to decorate it.
