Edd China leaving 'Wheeler Dealers' over creative differences
Sadly it looks like Velocity is pulling a Fox and screwing up it's mainstay car show programming.
but hey why watch a realistic informative mechanic when you can have two guys swearing and yelling at each other.

Leave it to the Yanks to screw up a good show. I often wondered how they suddenly ended up in CA working on an MGA. And, you are so right about those other garage shows. I try to watch them when I down in my own garage working and I get sick of them and turn to the History channel, or whatever.

Sad. I liked Edd.

I liked Edd too. They were a good combo combining humor and vehicle expertise. Some of the car shows suck, too much drama. I like Foose, Chasing Classic Cars and Restoration Garage.

Well, there goes the best part of that show. His exit video is all class.

Discovery Networks (owner of Velocity Channel) has a real issue, wanting to show garbage. Why was Mythbusters cancelled, not enough drama. Why was Dirty Jobs cancelled, not enough drama. Why is Edd China leaving, too much drama, caused by Discovery Networks looking for more drama. They suck!

^ If it doesn't work for the government, why should it work for TV programming?

I didn't know the show had been on for 13 seasons. Do we have them all in the U.S.?

WD started early 2000s, in England. Some of the very old shows air on Velocity, from now and then.
