Your Vintage Community Organizers Lainey8484 & Legal Bill would like to welcome you to the Vintage forum.

"Vintage," as we define it here, does not refer to the age of our cars, though many of us here are car collectors and aficionados. Instead, I like to think that "Vintage" refers to our deep, collective understanding of the human experience as gained from the passage of time. This is a euphemistic way of saying that we are, well, perhaps not as young as we used to be.

We encourage those of you who like to communicate with and enjoy the company of other worldly folks to join us as members of this wonderful community.

Membership Thread Rules & Regulations:

1. The minimum age that's acceptable for full membership is 40 years.

2. Productive input from under age owners is encouraged. We call these folks "Pre-Vints," and though we cannot issue a membership badge, we welcome them to the community.

3. Long signatures are discouraged in this thread, since photos posted here will already challenge folks without broadband.

4. The Vintage COs reserve the right to delete pictures that are not significant to the S2000 Vintage Owners group.

your real name, full address, birthday, S2000 year and ext/int colors, first car you owned and (optional) another favorite machine of any type, phone number where we can get in touch with you (e.g., for meets). Also include your spouse's (or +1's) information. Finally, you are welcome to join but NOT receive the Vintage badge, if you choose; please indicate if you don't want the badge when you PM us.

When we add you to the roster below, we will only match your s2ki username up with your first name (unless you object), your town/state/country (unless you object), and your car information publically in this thread. We will also include spouse first name (unless you object). Please know that all other information will not be divulged here (or anywhere else) -- we maintain this information as community organizers in order to manage the Vintage community, and that's it. We wish to respect your privacy.
