Our fave Lebanese restaurant did not disappoint. Everything was delish. The owners know us well and comped a glass of Italian dessert wine which was nice. It was Moscato d'Asti Nivole - very light and fruity and not sweet. We really liked it. Happy to find out that they just signed another 10-yr lease.

Long run and a pro hockey game today. My playoff hockey game and yard work tomorrow before working on next week's lessons.

My niece and her hubby arrive Fri for the weekend. Because of the cold weather and peak being pushed back, they will see the cherry blossoms - about 50% of them, which is better than none. Sat is going to be a lovely day - 70s. Yay...so I/we will be walking downtown to the Tidal Basin. Then Sat evening we are taking them and their friends out to eat at one of our fave places up the street. Sun will be rainy, so not sure of the plan yet.

Not much happening this weekend. Nice weather is not in our forecast. We are both ready for spring. I would not mind spending a little time puttering in the yard, Rick has a long "to do" list for the yard and the cars. The S has to come out from under cover soon to go to the body shop while we are away, but the "other convertible" is parked behind the S. He's going to be a busy guy when the weather finally breaks.

Is Patty back from Colorado? Not taking a coat is not a good idea. I have friends there who tell about 70 degrees in the morning and snow in the afternoon. In the Rockies, weather can change in minutes.

The +1 is running the Charlottesville half marathon on Sat. I'm not going down. He will be with some of his running buddies discussing the upcoming Smoky Mountain relay. Probably trying to convince them not to drop out. It's really difficult. Check out the elevations on this course map. It's mostly logging trails, rocks, culverts, etc. Not sure why he's doing it again. A glutton for punishment I guess. This will be the first (and maybe last) time for the rest of the 11 team members.

First cars and coffee in Pittsburgh this Saturday. Looking forward to seeing the other S2000s emerging from hibernation.
