Hey everyone. I am looking for a roommate to rent a room in the condominium I live in. Below is a link for the actual ad on Craigslist. I am hoping to find a roommate who is also a gear head like me and perhaps a few other common interests for an easy-going and friendly living arrangement. Because my dad is the "property manager", this cannot be a workshop for cars, however any basic stuff that can be completed in one day is allowed. There will be a garage space as well, so your "baby" will not be out in the cold. All of the specifics are in the ad. I am a down-to-earth college student and apprentice car mechanic.
