Default Lubrication Engineers Feedback

Recently, I decided to purchase a quart on LE 1605 to replace my differential fluid. ~$25 seemed a bit steep for the price at first, but I'm here to tell you they have outstanding customer service.

I bought the item from their website one evening and put in the shipping comments to let me know if they have 2-day shipping options. They replied the next morning they would ship it faster if I paid the difference, but if I didn't reply by noon, they would ship it normally. I was slower than they were. The container came bubble wrapped...

But in all honesty, I would not be typing this if it weren't for that extra something that sets LE apart from online giants such as Amazon. A handwritten thank you for my business...

The best part is the package and the customer service note from Cheyenne Currie came from LE addresses in two separate states... and arrived the same day. Talk about logistics haha.

If LE pays half as much attention to their products as they do their customers, they will have another customer for life.

Pretty cool transaction. Plus you are buying one of the best fluids out there, looks like they changed the packaging now, money well spent on that fluid This is a good option for purchasing this fluid, I've seen it sold for much higher through other vendors and many people find it hard to find the fluid locally, thanks for the post !
