Cheng lo is a honest and great seller . I purchased a used seat belt, visors and two plastic panels. Sent payment and it was shipped within couple hours with tracking. Everything was package well and he also sent the hardware for the visors and panels no extra charge per my request. The seat belt was unfortunately locked, he tried to help me find a solution to unlock it and didn't hesitate to offered a refund if it didn't work. He sent me a screen shot of the pending refund.
