Same exact experience. I purchased at the end of November 2014 and was promised splitter, canards, and hardware in 2, maybe 3 weeks. Its currently 2/9/15 OVER 3 months later and I haven't received the 2nd box. He will ignore your messages but I found worker/close customers (Allan?) cell phone number and he got things moving. I then got Bryans cell phone number and through direct calls I finally got him to send the splitter and received it last week(he added some scrape guards on bottom for the wait). But of course he didn't ship the other package of hardware and canards so I cant even install it. Called him and he said it got lost in the mail and will send another. I'm not that stupid, but after texting/calling he gave me a tracking number but he just printed off a label and home and hasn't put it in the mail.... This is ridiculous. It has been 3 months of this.

hmmm... I see WASP has been banned form the forum... My PM's were also ignored, but now I'm glad they haven't responded, because I don't think I'd ever get the splitter. Seems like they make nice products, but very bad business practices.

I also had a terrible experience with them. I created a thread about it too. Unbelievable how their customer service is. Just plain ridiculous.

I ordered the brake cooling kit in November as well, six months later and I'm still waiting.
In late january I was told they needed about a month for R&D and fabrication.

seconding Kuros experience. except i had to have a track splitter replaced. they shipped the first on in a single layer sleeve of card board. arrived damaged (Duh). had to call and call and email and bitch for what amounted to three months. they blamed it on the second party shipping site they used (next ship or ship next). said he would send me the brackets fore free. they arrived late. paid for 1x1 to match my Carbon side skirts, they couldn't get 1x1, if i wanted it anytime soon i had to settle for 2x2. sigh.

ultimately i wouldn't recommend them if you have a up coming track day scheduled and want it by that day. the one saving grace is that the part is decent and well constructed.

I had waited a while for my side diffusers as well. However the product is quite nice.

My friend has been waiting for his side diffusers for maybe almost half a year. I waited a month for my brake duct kit a few months back. Good parts, but super slow.
