Do yourselves a favor, don't give Wasp your money.

lemoose, i am also still waiting, you are probably the other person who decided to wait for the updated kit....

i posted on the FB page last week which was 6 weeks after they promised me 3-4 weeks and didnt get a response, posted again just now, its 7 weeks from my phone conversation....

its a shame as if they sorted themselves out they could literally be printing money with their products.

I've just told them to cancel my order and to return the amount paid.

We did reach out to them recently and they said that they were contacting all those that still had pending orders. Did that not happen?

Glad that the OP got his product (even though it took forever to get it).

I've contacted them numerous times.
Only on FB did I get a reply, they wanted my phone no. so they could call me. They never did call.
I asked if there was any progress several times after that, before I told them to cancel the order.
Only reason I know they read my stuff is because of facebook's "message read at x o'clock" function.
Phone calls, e-mails and the contact form on their website, all of which are just ignored.

They ignore people who have paid, while gladly respond to people asking about new sales.
I will never see my money again, and being from another continent I can't just knock on their door.
But I'm sure what goes around comes around and reality will catch up with Wasp sooner or later.
You can't keep on taking people's money without delivering the items promised.

So I got in touch with paypal, and they said I should open a dispute as this will be noted on the seller's record even if it is way outside the normal paypal deadline.
(Deadline is 180 days after payment was made, not 45).

Also, if paypal receives a "large volume" of complaints towards the same seller, they will investigate the claims regardless of how long ago payments were made.
I recommend that everyone who's been shafted by wasp to open a buyer dispute, no matter how far back the purchase was made.

Really sad to see where this company has went ordered multiple times from them way back when and never had any issues at all and top quality products. From what I understand they are very small and take in way to many orders to process which is their downfall. Shame really not many decent companies left.

got in contact with Bryan since 5th Janaury 2016. made payment a few days later... was told 3 weeks and they be sent, started messaging bryan every day since 3 weeks elasped, finally got a repspons,e logged a paypal dispute too, just to get across all forms of communciation.. a week later, i could arrange shipping.. Feded is a bitch to deal with, BRyan ended up shipping them to me before i even paid for shipping! big risk on his behalf!

i receied the goods, was missing some cable ties and some hose clamps, luckily they are sourcable here in australia!!!

i ordred a splitter with free carnards, ended up getting free side spats too (THANKS) and 3 x coling kits... fedex shipping is bullshit.... i paid $600usd freight for all this.. f@#k!
