A bunch of us have been discussing an Upstate Owners village in the motorcycle forum. Proposals include a community shop/warehouse/clubhouse with autocross pad and room for cigars and burnouts.

I'm adding to the proposal that we outlaw golf carts used in other similar communities and replace them with these:
