I looked at a MY00 in the summer of 2015 with the original owner that had 55,000KMS and was priced at about $17.5K, maybe should have but I wanted a newer version with DBW.

That is a market value price if the car is fairly clean.
DBW? When I see that I'm thinking drive-by-wire which wasn't around till, what, 2006?

It was pretty clean, but not all original paint. Pretty happy with that price in retrospect.
Hey, careful how ya throw around the 'old guy' comment. Lots of us 'old guys' on the forum and we seem to ankle around pretty good in our S2Ks..

Default Thanks!

So helpful for this information. Figured the price reflected something, but saves me a trip, as I'm constantly looking.

That is when it began and stayed until the end. Best part about the '06+ cars is that all you need is a Flashpro to tune, no ECU swap needed. Still like the AP1 raw feel better though.

^^^ Looks like a clean car and reasonably priced. If it has a clean CarProof and the paint is nice it should go pretty quick.

Under 100k km and mostly stock? Yeah, I'd say that was a pretty good deal.

Here is a fresh one with very low mileage, asking price is little on the high side though.
