are there any good shops in the ottawa area for s2000 parts?
And I'm not talking about run of the mill apex, greddy, tanabe stuff...i'm talking J's, Amuse, Spoon....

Not likely. Ottawa is not big enough to have stores to have stock of any S2000 specific parts. It's hard enough to find Redline oil and R-compound tires.
It's Toronto, Montreal or mail order. Plenty of Civic and Cavalier/Sunfire fart cans though.
