Guys I am very sorry to report that I have decided to not attend this year's Dragon event. I was really stoked about attending and everything was progressing well with the planning. Unfortunately a personal issue has come up on the home front with the health of a family member. I really have to devote all of my available time to helping with this matter and I have decided to not attend the event in April. I haven't been posting much on the site lately as my internet time is way down lately as I spend more time with other priorities. I paid for the event and I have some hotels booked, but the money issue is of no concern. I wish everyone attending a safe and fun trip, very sorry that I won't be attending this one.
thanks for the well wishes from everyone. Yes it seems that the others that were going with me will be attending still, which is great. I was able to speak to Martin (MattsS) and he is still attending and he will take over the hotel room, if anyone is looking for a roommate maybe hit up Martin and see if he wants to split the room. I cancelled my registration without refund, Afzan indicated he may be interested in taking it over, if so that is great but if not then no problem. There is no refund procedure for the event but Ken will allow me to sell it to someone else, I figured I could do it at a discount.
I've been real busy helping with Doctor appointments for the past 2 weeks straight, I think I've been on this site twice in 2 weeks, where I would normally be on here 10+ times a day. S2000 stuff is on the back burner for a bit. I am the only driver in my family so I am busy working in appointments with daily work duties, ironically I convinced my wife to finally get her driver's license this year but it will still take another 6 months to get her to the point of being able to drive on her own. I've done it for 20 years so what's another 6 months. All the best everyone, I really do miss this forum and all of the great people that come with it.

I'm going 3/24 to the dragon, unfortunately won't be driving in my S, this time a Mustang convertible. Hopefully one day I can join the trip with you guys.
right now it still stands as wednesday for me. I will know by march 15 if i get tuesday off.
we have had a couple Tuesday group participants back out. We still have a good size group but there is some lodging available until we offer it up to others. Any last minute Dragon slayers out there?
