I don't know if this was the case when you bought your stainless steel lines but the kit that I installed from SOS had a notice that said to toque the banjo bolts to 12/14 ft-lbs. I've installed over 5 different stainless steel line kits for customers and if you torque the new banjo bolts to OEM specifications they will break.

I have never had an issue with these weaker banjo bolts however. They have stood up to many track days without issue.
