Runs good. Still idles high. I can't find any vacuum leaks but I can't think of anything else that it can be. I've swapped my old IAC (which was working fine on the old engine) and that didn't help.
Taking it to John this week to see if he can figure that out and for a quick "once over."

Fixed it!
The secondary air pump or valve or whatever the hell its called. Swapped my old one on and it idles fine now.
All is good. Still want to get a good bill of health from John then off to see John Vega for tuning.

So..... On to number 3.
Apparently the previous owner installed something (probably a vafc) into the wiring harness and did not retape the wires. Everything must have been fine, until I swapped ECU's in and out chasing a starting problem. The bad wires must have become exposed and caused the #3 injector to fire constantly, causing unburnt fuel to deteriorate the oil and grenading th engines....PLURAL....
Working getting 3rd engine to her back on her feet.
Thanks again, John, for finding the issues.

Thanks!
If I don't find a deal on an engine quickly, I'm going to tow it home and park it for a while until I can decide what I really want to do. AND save some more money...lol
