Default Who is the local expert?

Alright Guys !! .......no hate...........

Most of you know that I also have a 2001 BMW Z3 Coupe with the 3.0 motor, 5 speed tranny. Just curious, who is the "LHT/John Wilson" of BMW here in the Tampa Bay Area? I have contacted John but his exposure to that car line is limited and his expertise is in such high demand for our S2K's, just need to see who else is out there.

At least it is a clown shoe...

Cars and Concepts in Tampa has a good reputation. He hasn't done any work for me, but Thomas has been really helpful in the past.

Yes I have had several cars aligned at cars and concepts and I would agree they are excellent with German cars

Cars and Concepts are great.

I would also highly recommend Rennen. They have been great to my boss, who used to get serviced at Reeve's but got tired of paying the Reeve's price.

I've been taking my car to Rennen as well - I felt the same with Caleb's boss, I've gotten tired of spending the extra dollars at Reeves, although you do get a brand new BMW for a loaner (the loaner is free unless you keep it an extra day past when your car is completed), etc... Whereas Rennen has an agreement with Budget Rental but still pay $20-30 a day for a shit car. Reeves are good at what they do but expect to pay a premium...

I've been taking my car there about a year now and they've treated me great so far. My dad was also taking his Porsche there when he had it as well. You'll see all sorts of cool cars in there. Brand new Porsche 911 Turbos and other sorts of high end cars. They are also performance shop, so they will tune and do all sorts of modifications. I've heard Cars and Concepts are great as well. Good luck!

Looks like a broken "plastic" nipple on the upper radiator core. Wanted to go with Mishamoto or, the Koyo but, can't wait for the shipping time. Back to OEM. Gonna' do the water pump and the thermostat too. T

The "Schuh Syndikat" festival is at Boone the weekend after the S2K Dragon event......trying to figure out how to take both cars for the 2 weeks?

Oh yeah. I've had quite a few done there. The car is getting new tires today and then she only needs the seat installed (run oem when only driving around town) and a good wash and wax.
