Had my ricks plate custom painted gloss black at a body shop....for free. It's def better to use real paint than plastidip. Also way better to have this part painted than metal looking.

Stock stainless steel looks fine on my Silver bumper.

And why "blur" the plate number, it's on public display all day, every day. Trust me the government already knows the number.

It's not about not wanting the government to know our license plate number. Rather, it is a commonly held belief that thieves target forums for cars to steal. People blur their plates so that thieves can't track the addresses of where these cars are registered/stay.

Anyone order one of these and has it taken forever and a day to get it in? I've emailed them and gotten no response, no tracking, info, nothing.

I placed an order for this bracket on the 21st of last month and was patiently waiting however I was just issued a refund as they are out of stock. So its back to the drawing board on this!
