Yes. It's a dual not a single

I run allot of boost so it may just pass 98db flyby readings at 12 psi. I hit about 19/20psi at 9200

105db limits are fine for me. Only place I've had a problem is donny.

Moddition on this site is where I got mine from.

I ordered all the intercooler pipework and hoses online and chose a silicon joiner for my BOV that used a 34mm outlet that connects to the rest of the pipework. You can probably work out from this photo what ive done. Since this photo i have put the BOV sideways on rather than reacting to pressure at the bottom. Seems to work better in this configuration. Similar to how the Novi supercharger kits work.

I see , thanks mate.

if your HKS bov worked without any flutter is there anyone local to you with the HKS that gives off the flutter that could test your old bov to see if that makes a difference?

Good post Marc.

The old novi (I had one) were centrifugal but had a DV valve too basically a vag part and it was at the bottom. I had no idea flutter even at 15 psi.

Yeah thats spot on AJ, The turbosmart is basically the VAG part but with shinier parts and a piston instead of the diaphragm. I had it with the piston facing the boosted air similar to how you would fit it on a turbocharged application and it chattered abit but with the air on the side of the piston its works perfectly.

I got mine, along with others from a trader on here based in the US called Moddiction who can PM on here.

They are customs friendly if you get my drift and the guy I dealt with called Ryan was very helpful.

Great noise when on it and has the benefit of zero drone

I paid approx £670 for mine including delivery but this was pre Brexit.

Check out their website Moddiction - Homepage

So... I now have a littl db meter and as per the HKS thread getting very high readings on the Skunk2 even with bungs in 114db

fitting the HKS from my NA car is an option. A local custom place said they might struggle to get it below 98db without me taking a hit on power.

so if the HKS is shit/loud and stock is no good the tanabe seems the one?
