Cylinder Head Gasket

Cylinder Head Gasket
Looks like my head gasket has gone. I posted a thread a few weeks ago for help on where the coolant had gone. Thanks to all who took the trouble to respond. I thought we had fixed it after clearing an air lock no problems for a couple of weeks. However after just fitting our new Miltek and returning from the Lake District ( would you be believe it we met 4 other S2's at Cafe at Ulswater hi guy's) with the same intermittent heater not workig problem things have deteriorated. No leaks intermittent misfire on cylinder 2, steaming exhaust and coolant level dropping. Ahhhh!!!
Does anyone have any recommendations near Sheffield of who would do us a good job at replacing it. My husband and son are thinking about tackling this themselves. Both are reasonably competent and very finicky but really don't have the time however would like and feedback on the following if they are going to give it a go.
Use genuine Honda head gasket or a recommended upgrade
Re use head bolts or replace with Honda new ones or upgrade to Arp
Torque settings for head bolts, inlet and exhaust valve gaps (AP2)
Recomended engineering shop for checking and skimming the head. Had a bad experience with a local engine builder so very wary
Thanks Bev

Daytona Dave in Congleton IIRC - near enough and will do a proper job.
