Default Hardtop locating pins bent

When I bought my S2000 i decided to remove the hardtop to inspect the softop and noticed that one of the locating pins on the hardtop is bent making it difficult to locate into the holes. I managed to get it to go back on but I was wondering if it possible to replace the locating pins?

Also I have noticed one of the front clasps rattles and squeaks quite a lot not sure if this is normal? Is it possible to get a replacement clasp?

Thanks

There are a few tricks to stop the squeaks and rattles from the front clasps. Stuffing some padding down the side of the mechanism helps a lot. If you Google it you'll find a few DIYs.

Not sure about replacement pins on their own. I expect they'll be £££. If it helps I can sell you another used set.

Have a look on ebay for pins, i saw some

Take your ht off and grab the bit at the top of your screen, if it moves it needs tightening. If not adjust your ht as per the faq pdf

Cheers for the responses I'll check next time I take the hardtop off

Foam seems to stop the clasps from squeaking and rattling

If you unbolt the pins from the HT you can probably straighten them and just put them back on
