Whats is your AFR gauge doing during this hesitation/ missfire. When my brothers car (mini turbo) was running lean it popped and hesitated alot and that was running about 15 -16 AFR

You really need to get that ecu unlocked.

TBH, i am not sure, i was too concerned about looking at the road and if i was going to make the overtake before any other car appeared due to the loss in power, from when i have looked at WOT AFR seems to be around 11, going to mid 10's when pushing the car hard at high rpms, but no idea what it is was showing when it lost power

Yes check your plugs.

Also RDT's dyno is about right IMO, not low but not high. That's comparing it to two other rolling roads.

I got the low reading speal or "stingy " when I was there. My old kit made 340 there from memory.

My RDT map ran in the 10's. It now runs around 11-11.5 and is much happier.

What's the thoughts about clutches and SC cars? I've got an genuine Honda OEM clutch that's done around 12k miles in the car with a Honda flywheel that's done the same mileage, will this be fine or am I going to need to upgrade, and if so any recommendations?

You 100pc need a clutch .

ACT organic hdss is best and can more than handle anything sc power will put out, ACT disk and Honda pressure is nice friendly clutch .

As above, I still have OEM clutch in mine and will run it on the kit until it gives and need a new one.
Having the car mapped this Friday. Clutch has done just shy of 40k.

i have oem disc with ACT pressure plate, not the cheapest option, but the route i took for peace of mind as i didnt want to find out on dyno day that the oem one would start to slip and have to go back to be mapped again, As per everyone's recommendations on the forum it has no noise like some aftermarket clutch's and feels pretty much like the oem. I did have to wait around 2 months for delivery of the act PP, as most places sold it as the full kit including disc and bearing, which i did not want.

Also, i checked my plugs where still tight and coils looked good, which they did. I did note i never replaced the tie wrap on my 4bar map sensor, so i put one around it, so will wait and see if i get the missfire/bog thing again.

Where people have used the Walbro fuel pumps, have you re-used the stock sock or the smaller one that comes with the pump? Seen a few people say about re-using the stock filter bag??
